How long will my order take to deliver?
Depending on the number of glasses you wish to purchase, you can expect delivery of your order approximately 10 business days from the date the order was placed. If there is a delay in your order, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you of the delay.
Can I order different glasses from the ones you offer on your web site?
We can source a wide range of glasses of different sizes and shapes. The challenge lies in engraving latitude and longitude on different shaped glasses. We chose a range of glasses that were easy to engrave and source but we would be happy to evaluate requests for different styles not listed on the web site. Email customer care for further information on custom orders.
I received a set for a house warming present and we broke one the other day. Can I replace just one?
Once a customer places an order for a set of our glasses, we retain the spec sheets that we use to engrave the glasses. Whether it is 1 glass or 3, we can ship you replacements. Contact customer care for pricing for replacement glasses.
I am planning a wedding and want to order table gifts for my guests. Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for large orders (12+). Contact customer care for discount pricing.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
You can change the quantity of glasses you order at any time prior to shipping but for changes to the name(s) or event description (line 1) or location (lines 2 and 3), you cannot make changes once you have approved the spec sheet and the engraving process commences.
